WWSDT - RRHS TriMeet Info 10/17
Things will run very similar to last our meet, however this meet will be pretty short.
- ARRIVAL TIME: 11:30a - Arrive ready to swim, there is no channging area.
- WARM UP TIME: 12:00p - Coach will detail warm up procedures with the swimmers.
- MEET START TIME: 1:00p
- MEET PROJECTED END TIME: 3:10p
- TRANSPORTATION: Drive and carpool if at all possible. Students CANNOT drive themselves. If you have a transportation issue please contact coach directly.
- UNIFORM: Wear team suit/cap, black joggers, black zip hoodie and team swim bag.
- FOOD/WATER/SUPPLIES: We will not be buying lunch for this meet due to the timing, however the booster club will supply water/coolers, snacks and shade. Swimmers need to bring a chair and sunscreen. It's will be another beautiful day for swimming!
- SPECTATORS: There will be very limited parent spectators at this meet to comply with UIL rules. The same COVID proceedures as last time apply. You will only be allowed to cycle in to watch one race and then you will have to wait in the parking lot. There will be a very limited viewing area at the corner of the bulkhead.
- VOLUNTEERS: Jinx will be at the entrance for you to check in and get your supplies and to point you in the right direction. We still have a few more spots we need to fill. This is the best way to get on deck to watch the action!
* IMPORTANT* Face coverings and social distancing must be adhered to AT ALL TIMES. We are now selling facemasks to the public so if your friends or family would like to support the team and show some WWSDT pride they can PURCHASE FACE MASKS AND OTHER TEAM MERCHANDISE HERE!
