Practice is mandatory for swimmers. Divers have individualized practice schedules.

Varies depending on Orange/White days.

WHITE DAYS: Waterloo Swim Center (in water practice) 6:55am - 9:15am

• When a WHITE DAY falls on a Friday, the schedule is different. 
• White Fridays are 8am-9:30am at Waterloo.

ORANGE DAYS: Westwood Weight Room (dryland) 6:50am - 8:00am
