Practice is mandatory for swimmers. Divers have individualized practice schedules.

WHITE DAYS: Waterloo Swim Center (in water practice) 6:55am - 9:15am

***When a WHITE DAY falls on a Friday, the schedule is different. White Fridays are 8am-9:30am at Waterloo.*** 

ORANGE DAYS: Westwood Weight Room (dryland) 6:50am - 8:00am
