WWSDT - We still need help (and food) for Saturday

ORANGE AND BLACK MEET
We still need several volunteers to help out with the Orange and Black meet on Saturday. This is a super easy and fun way to kick off the season and we can't run the meet without you! Please consider helping out: SIGN UP ONLINE
POT LUCK
We are also looking for a few more dishes for the Pot Luck. This is a great way to showcase some international cuisines and try some fabulous food. The sign-up sheet to contribute food/supplies/labor is now available on our website. CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP.
Important pot luck notes:
- Food/supply donations should be brought to WWHS Cafetorium at 11:30am. Please supply a serving utensil with any food. If possible, tape a note to your dish detailing the list of ingredients to aid those who may have dietary restrictions.
- Mark all serving dishes/utensils with your name and retrieve them post event. Unclaimed items will be donated to Goodwill.
- If you plan to help set-up for the event, please arrive at the school by 11:00am.
