Sat Nov 8	Bob Stallings High School Invitational (Aggieland) Swim Meet Texas A&M Natatorium - 187 Corrington Dr, College Station, TX 77843 Start: 10:30 AM Warm-up: 9:00 AM End: 9:00 PM (estimated) This is a one-day, prelim and finals meet. It's a long day but a fabulous one! Swimmers will travel to and from Aggieland on Saturday. Meet-up and returns times to be communicated via email and Remind. Aggieland Meet Book Prelims Warm-up: 9:00 am to 10:15 am Prelims Start: 10:30 am Finals Warm-up: 4:30 pm to 5:15 pm Finals Start: 5:30 pm Girls Diving Warm-up: 4:30 pm to 5:15 pm Girls Diving: 5:30 pm start Boys Diving Warm-up: 6:00 pm to 6:30 pm Boys Diving: 6:30 pm start PARKING: Parking is free on the surface on Saturday, except where designated. The West Campus Parking Garage in front of the Rec Center is never free. Do not park in lot PA 104 in front of the Rec Center or in lot PA 102 in front of Reed Arena.

Phil's Ice House & Amy's Ice Cream Phil's & Amy's - 13265 N HWY 183 Austin, TX 78750 Start: 4:00 PM End: 8:00 PM What better a way to get over the Wednesday hump than taking a night off from cooking AND supporting our Westwood Warriors swim team. Grab your favorite burger with your besties at Phil's and make sure to save a little room for dessert at Amy's. No flyer required but you MUST MENTION WESTWOOD SWIM AND DIVE to get us the cash :). Spread the word, grab your friends, tell everyone you know to take the night off from cooking and enjoy supporting our Westwood Warrior Swimmers & Divers! The more you eat, the more we earn! Also, PICK UP YOUR FALL GEAR when you get your dinner. Tracia will be there from 6:30-7:30 pm with your Fall Gear!
Thu Oct 2	MavWood Meet RRISD Aquatic Center - 2801 Gattis School Rd, Round Rock, TX 78664 Start: 9:00 AM End: 4:00 PM Please note that start and end times are subject to change. We are hosting the "wet" side, please sign up here for a volunteer role that is specific to WW and we are required to fill. Athletes please wear your grey team dry-fit shirt and be at Westwood at 6:30am. Breakfast will be provided and you will ride the bus there and back. Meet starts at 9 am. Sat Sep 27	HoCo Team Pictures, Dinner & Post-Party Multiple Locations, see Description Start: 5:00 PM End: 10:00 PM Team Tradition - pictures at the Arboretum by the Cows, carpool to BJs for dinner and post-dinner "party" after. Please see emails from the board for addresses. Arboretum Cows \| 5:00 to 6:00 pm BJ's @ Shops at Arbor Walk \| 6:30 to 8:30 pm After "party" - see email for details. Parents are welcome to stay and take pictures at the Arboretum. Kids will go to dinner on their own and carpool to the after party. Plan to pick your swimmer up around 10:00 if they cannot drive.
Thu Sep 25	RRISD District Opener RRISD Aquatic Center - 2801 Gattis School Rd, Round Rock, TX 78664 Start: 10:00 AM End: 3:30 PM (estimated) Everyone is excused for the entire day. Coach McBrearty will communicate that with school administration. It is your athlete's responsibility to coordinate with their teachers for any work they miss. Everyone needs to be at the school at 7:30am to leave on the bus and breakfast will be provided. If you plan on attending, Aquatic Center is on the Cedar Ridge High School campus (2801 Gattis School Rd, Round Rock, TX 78664) and there will be an entry fee of $5 per person with concessions provided also. We do need to provide 2 timers so please consider that when coming and they call for timers. Warm up is at 8:50am. Both swim and diving starts at 10am. Projected meet end time is 1:45pm There will be lunch served around 11:30 am. Water and snacks will also be provided. Everyone needs to wear their team gear including their GREY DRY-FIT TEAM SHIRT, team suit, team cap and team bag. Everyone will ride back to the school on the bus. Wed Sep 17	Homecoming Parade & Pep Rally Westwood HS Start: 6:00 PM End: 9:00 PM (estimated) Parade starts at 6:00 pm. Please have your swimmer watch for REMIND/texts from the Captains on meet-up time at the float. PARENTS: traditionally, swim parents wear their team swim shirt and meet at the Anderson Mill pool to cheer on our swimmers. See you there! After the parade, swimmers will attend the Pep Rally at The Warrior Bowl.
