This meeting is for PARENTS only, swimmers should not attend. Please have at least one parent attend. Coaches will do their meeting and we will have our first Booster Club meeting directly following. We can't wait to see you and kick the 2026-2027 season off!

The War Room is located on the Westwood High School campus, situated near the school's gym facilities (often accessed by parking near the campus portables). A map will be provided via email.

It's the first week of school — take a break and grab dinner at Cabo Bob's! Wear your WWSDT gear and order an extra chips and queso: the team earns 34% of receipts from 5:00–9:00 pm on Thursday, August 20th. While you're there, stick around — team members will be eating and getting reacquainted after a great summer.

A few rules we must follow:

1. Supporters must either show a physical fundraiser flyer or a digital flyer on a smartphone or mobile device.
2. We are NOT allowed to solicit the event inside our stores or in the parking lot.
3. Online orders (both prepaid and non prepaid) can contribute to profit shares as long as you present the profit share flyer when you pick up your order.

This is notice of the July Booster Board meeting. If you would like the address to attend, please email [email protected] and we will be happy to provide the Google Meet link.

New WWSDT Parents & Team Members: Please join us during this time to meet the coaches and learn all the details you need to know going into your first season with WWSD! We're excited to meet you and welcome you to the team!
